Company
A tooling business that grew into a sole group.
Hongsole is the export brand of Dongguan Hongcheng Polymer Material Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2016, though the group's first entity was a mould works founded in 1997. That order matters: the tooling came first, and it is still why a tread revision here does not have to leave the building.
Five plants around Dongguan.
Tooling, rubber, EVA sole stock, IP injection and TPR each have a dedicated site: a shoe outsole factory group in China rather than one building with a sign on it. Figures below are per plant; they are not a single combined total.
| Plant | Location | Area | Focus | Monthly Pairs |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hongcheng Polymer | Daojiao, Dongguan | Not stated | Rubber & EVA soles | RB 700k · EVA 500k |

| Yongqi Shoe Material | Houjie, Dongguan | ~12,000 m² | Full sole range | RB 450k · IP 500k · EVA 400k |
| Mingcheng Shoe Material | Houjie, Dongguan | ~5,000 m² | IP & foamed rubber | IP 250k · Foam 200k |

Four technical leads, one per material system. Between them they have been formulating and moulding soles for longer than most of the factories they compete with have existed.
Foam formulation and the behaviour of EVA sole stock over its service life
Injection tooling, process windows and shop-floor management
RB formulation, product development and mould development
Fine-cell foaming, compression moulding and full-process control
What five plants change for you.
A group rather than a single factory means a sole does not have to be forced onto the one process a supplier happens to own. Thesix sole systems run on dedicated sites: rubber and EVA at Hongcheng Polymer, IP injection and foamed rubber at Mingcheng, TPR and combination soles at Hongcheng New Material. So the recommendation you get back is a judgement about your shoe rather than about our capacity.
The oldest entity in that list is themould shop, and it is the one that changes timelines most. A tread revision after a trial shot is an internal job here, which is why thedevelopment routecan absorb a change at the stage where it is cheapest rather than scheduling one around a third-party tool maker. Whatever comes off those lines is measured on our own rigs before it ships, and thestandards each one runs to are published rather than described.
The four technical leads sit across those disciplines rather than above them; the years in the panel above are years spent formulating and moulding, not managing. If your question is a compound question, it reaches the person who mixes the compound. That is the whole argument forworking with us as an OEM supplierrather than through a trading office.
